BLR Interiors Home Office is located in Brooksville, Florida, however, we work all around the state of Florida and also all across the United States.

Our main areas of business are the Central and Northern Counties across the State of Florida.

These counties included, but not limited to, Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas.

Our Main Lines of business include: Commercial Exterior and Interior Framing and all Finishing Drywall Needs. Our portfolio has a vast variety of past experience that include, but are not limited to:

Gas Stations, Retail Stores, Hotel/Motel, Restaurants, Casinos, Community Centers, Government Buildings and Schools, Banks, New Design Builds, Fitness Centers, Apartments and Condominiums, Office Buildings, Doctors Offices and Church/Synagogues.

We have successfully completed Ground Up Builds and other Misc. Renovations.

Pura Vida Condo's- Clearwater Beach

Pura Vida Condo's in Clearwater Beach is a 22 unit building boasts unobstructed views of the Gulf, spacious and personalized floor plans ranging from 2,000 - 3,000 square feet, and amenities including a pool, fitness center, and clubroom. Each unit was built to owners specifications. BLR Interiors Inc assisted in this project from the Ground Up.

Hyatt Place Hotel in Trinity, Florida

Hyatt Place in Trinity Florida is a six story hotel with spacious suites that feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Amenity areas include banquet rooms, restaurant and bar dining room area, fitness room and business center. BLR Interiors Inc assisted in this from the Ground Up Project.

MCM Leather Purse Store in Tampa, Florida

International Plaza Square Mall in Tampa Florida has come to BLR Interiors with several projects over the years. These projects include Coach, Abercrombie and Fitch, Gucci, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Adrenelina, Tory Birch, Kate Spade, and Johnny Was, to name a few. MCM is pictured above, store remodel was completed in 2020.

Gucci is in the International Square Plaza Mall in Tampa, Florida. BLR Interiors Inc completed the Storefront Framing, Interior Framing, Drywall and Finishing per Tenants Specifications and Architectural Designs.

Gas Stations- 7Eleven's across the State of Florida

BLR Interiors has remodeled and completed roughly 40 gas stations over the years, remodels and from the group up builds.

Tommy's Express Carwash's in Largo and Venice, Florida

Tommy's Express Carwash boosts the workmanship of BLR Interiors with the two Largo locations and Venice, FL. location. These builds were from the ground up with Kane Construction.

Residence Inn in Jacksonville, Florida

Residence Inn in Downtown Jacksonville is a six story hotel with spacious suites that feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Amenity areas include banquet rooms, restaurant and bar dining room area, fitness room and business center.

Wellcome Center in Spring Hill, FL

WellCome Center is a Wellness and Holistic Resource Center located in Spring Hill, Florida inside of the Deed Restricted Community, Lake in the Woods. This project shows off its one of a kind Architectural design throughout the interior and exterior of the buildings.

Hard Rock Casino Tampa, Florida

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is located in Tampa, Florida. Over the years, BLR Interiors Inc. has successfully completed many expansion projects and remodels throughout the property. These projects include Remodeling of the Executive Suites, Countless Storage Areas, Public Bathrooms, Executive Offices, High Limit Slot Areas, Humidity Remediation in The Parking Garage and The Original Poker Rooms and the New Spa called Kristal's Spa. Visiting these areas will boost the Craftsmanship of Framing and Drywall of BLR Interiors Inc.

Meat Market in Tampa, Florida

The Meat Market in Tampa Florida is a Steakhouse Restaurant that boosts the outstanding work that includes Interior Framing
and Exterior Sheathing, Drywall, Installation of FRP, Plywood and Ceilings. This Post-Construction staged project is ongoing while we work with Gainsborough Group and the Owners to execute the specifications and Expansion of this gorgeous high-class restaurant.

Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Pinellas Park, Florida

Fairfield Inn and Suite in Pinellas Park, Florida is a four-story hotel with spacious units built per specifications and architectural designs. This hotel was another successful project completed by BLR Interiors Inc.'s team and supervision.

Fly Bar and Restaurant in South Tampa, Florida.

The Fly Bar Restaurant is located in the SOHO district in Tampa, Florida. This chic restaurant was completed in 2020.

Cambria Hotel in Madeira Beach, Florida

Cambria Hotel and Marina is located in the St. Petersburg/ Madeira Beach Florida. This hotel boosts stunning chic suites and one of a kind rooftop pool and bar area. Winding Waters Expansion Building in Brooksville, Florida

Winding Waters K-8 School is located in Brooksville Florida. Due to the areas population expanding, the school is adding a two story building for additional classrooms. BLR Interiors has four grandchildren who have attended or are attending this school currently and have been long time donators for this school. We pride ourselves in this project that is ongoing currently.

Hampton Inn and Suites in Trinity, Florida

Hampton Inn and Suites is located in Trinity Florida and is another hotel completed by BLR Interiors with their craftsmanship in Exterior Framing and Sheathing, Drywall Hanging and Finishing, Celings and Door Frames throughout. This hotel has spacious suites, some equipped with kitchenettes and all units having a full bathroom.

MacDill Airforce Base Flight Simulator Building in Tampa Florida

The MacDill AirForce Base expanded their property by adding a building for flight simulators. BLR Interiors finished this government project in 2020 for Exterior Framing, Interior Framing Drywall and Sheathing. This government funded and certified payroll project was another "win" for boosting BLR Interiors workmanship.

The new House of Sport concept is a 50,000 square foot store in the International Plaza Square Mall in Tampa

Sea Captain Hotel Clearwater Beach

Nine Story Hotel in Clearwater Beach with 98 rooms.

First Presbyterian Church in Tampa

Remodel of the Hyde Park Tampa First Presbyterian Church and completed 2024.

Zara at International Plaza Mall

Zara is a Spanish fashion chain clothing store in International Plaza Mall in Tampa. This large remodel will be completed 2024.

Rivian Dealership

Rivian Dealership Build in Tampa.

Causeway Commons Apartments

Apartments in Tampa completed 2023. 239, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments across seven three- and four-story buildings with a total square footage of 279,732.
